I began studying remedial massage while I was a competitive kayaker competing in races up and down the east coast of Australia. During this time I realised how important it is to look after one's 

body, adopting a maintenance program of massage and stretching. I was regularly going to a massage therapist. That is when I got inspired to study remedial massage and open my own clinic. My massage therapist who also supervised the student clinic encouraged me and gave me a lot of help and support.

Now with over 15 years experience, I have found enhancing the wellbeing of my clients by helping them overcome pain and discomfort from musculoskeletal problems and injuries very rewarding and I enjoy learning learning new techniques and developing skills through continuing education.
